Artificial Turf Rubber Granules provides cushioning surface for turf installations. Our EPDM infill granule are composed of fully specified components that are flame retardant and high temperature. These 1-3mm size green crumb rubber granules helps to enhance the performance of sports fields and kids playing areas.They are made of good quality, clean, no bad smell and environment-friendly. Our Artificial Turf and this infill product complement each other to create ideal playing surface.We recommend to use 3kg – 5kg of rubber granules per m2, depending on the application. Ensure rubber is swept deep into pile, so that it is locked in.Brushing the turf with a stiff-bristled broom or power brush can help remove debris, leaves, and dirt that accumulate on the surface. It also helps to prevent the infill from compacting, which can reduce the drainage and shock-absorbing properties of the rubber granules. Ideally, you should brush your artificial turf at least once a week.
Over time, the rubber granules in the infill can become compacted due to foot traffic, weather, and other factors. Decompacting the infill can restore its fluffiness and resilience, and improve its shock-absorbing properties. You can use a de-compaction machine or a stiff-bristled rake to fluff up the infill.If you notice stains or discoloration on your artificial turf, you can clean them with a mild detergent and warm water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, bleach, or ammonia-based products, as they can damage the turf and the rubber granules.To prevent damage to your artificial turf with rubber granules, avoid placing heavy objects or sharp tools on it, and prevent pets from digging or chewing on the turf. Also, avoid using metal spikes or cleats on the turf, as they can damage the blades and the infill.
